TWO EQUALLY VALID STARTING POINTS

Start with one problem.
Or start with your free home.

Choose the route that suits your business.
Both lead to the same RetailVueX company account.

01 / STANDALONE APP FIRST

A focused tool for today’s task

For example, choose Budget Management to compare a store budget with imported actuals. Enter the required information or import files; no purchase of another module is needed.

Link the app to your RetailVueX company account. Connect other apps later where supported, reusing shared product identifiers, stores and permissions.

02 / FREE CORE FIRST

A home to grow from

Start with your planned free company account. Set up locations, invite users, import basic product records and view the data available to your dashboard.

Then choose paid apps as needs grow: supplier reviews, range decisions, promotions, stock movements or fulfilment. An existing ERP is optional; connections require supported integrations.

App-store purchase linking · Planned

We plan to let eligible Apple App Store or Google Play purchases link to a RetailVueX account after purchase verification. Access remains subject to the purchased plan’s user, store and company limits; a purchase does not automatically grant company-wide access.

No store approval, download availability or working purchase-linking feature is claimed. Disabling app access is separate from cancelling a subscription and does not automatically cancel billing or delete data.

PLANNED RETAIL-SPECIFIC AI

Meet RetailLMAI

Artificial intelligence.
With retail at its core.

The planned retail-specialist assistant across RetailVueX, with potential standalone use through uploaded business files and approved documents.

  • “Which products need attention, and why?”
  • “What is driving excess stock?”
  • “How did this promotion affect margin?”

RetailLM is intended to use permission-controlled business data, retail knowledge and tested calculation tools. It should show supporting evidence and data freshness, flag uncertainty and prepare recommendations for human approval.

Qwen3-8B and Qwen3-14B are technical candidates being evaluated. No proprietary trained retail model or guaranteed accuracy is claimed. Voice input is a potential future capability. Customer data will not be used for model training by default.

IDEAS, NOT COMMITTED LAUNCH PRODUCTS

App concepts
under consideration.

Possible future tools for everyday store work.
Scope and inclusion have not been decided.

Inventory Scanner & Stocktake

Explore barcode-assisted product lookup and count capture against imported or connected product records.

Price & Margin Checker

Explore a quick price and margin review using supplied product prices and costs.

Returns & Supplier Claims

Explore recording returns, supporting evidence and supplier claim follow-up.

Store Tasks & Audits

Explore store checklists, assigned tasks and audit evidence.

Barcode scanning retrieves details from matching imported or connected product records. A barcode alone does not reveal a retailer’s costs, sales or stock.

A FEW THINGS TO KNOW

Made to fit your retail.

Is RetailVueX available now?

Core and the 13 retail apps are planned and not yet built. Interface concepts are illustrative, and the existing client login is not evidence that these modules are available. Contact us to discuss requirements.

What is free, and what is paid?

Core is planned as the free account, dashboard and administration hub. Specialist operational apps are paid separately. Exact free limits, paid tiers, prices and any trial terms are still being defined.

Do I need another app or an ERP?

No other module purchase is required to use a standalone app. Each planned app accepts appropriate manual input or file imports. Connected use is optional and integrations will be available only where supported; no live integrations are promised.

Does turning off an app cancel its subscription?

No. Disabling access, cancelling a subscription and deleting data are separate actions. Planned purchase linking will require verification and will respect the purchased plan’s user, store and company limits.
